Linnea Lembo,
President/Owner

Linnea began the company in October 2020.  She graduated from Northern Illinois University with a major in Accounting.  With over 25 years of professional experience in various organizations, both publicly traded and privately held, she is thoroughly versed in accounting principles and standards, and is praised for getting the job done.  Linnea has brought substantial improvements to month end close procedures at various organizations and has been involved with and led many software implementations for several companies that she has worked for. She is exceptionally energetic and puts forth all her effort to ensure deadlines are met and projects are successfully completed. She believes that financial data should be in leaders’ hands timely and accurately on a daily basis. Her goal is to reduce the amount of time and money spent on financial statements and to ensure business are profitable.  On a personal note, Linnea enjoys being active in the community.  Her hobbies include working out, running races, and spending time with her family.

Mackenzie Bowers

Mackenzie Bowers is a valued member of the Lembo Accounting Solutions team and plays an important role in supporting our clients and their financial needs. She interned with us in the fall of 2025, and joined us full time in January 2026.

She earned her accounting degree from the College of Charleston in 2025 and is currently working toward her Certified Public Accountant designation. Mackenzie brings a strong foundation in accounting, a detail oriented approach, and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way.

At Lembo Accounting Solutions, Mackenzie assists with tax preparation, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and client support. She approaches her work with care, accuracy, and respect for the sensitive nature of the information entrusted to our firm. Clients can feel confident knowing their work is handled professionally, discreetly, and in accordance with the firm’s established standards and oversight.

Originally from South Carolina and now based in North Carolina, Mackenzie enjoys exploring hiking trails, discovering local restaurants, and spending time cooking at home, whether trying new recipes or preparing family favorites. She is committed to growing in the accounting profession and takes pride in providing thoughtful, reliable support that helps clients feel informed and well cared for.
